Next Gen Workforce Info Session

What is the Next Gen Workforce?  The Next Gen Workforce Academy provides education, training, and real-world job experiences for youth ages 14-24.  By equipping youth with tangible, transferrable skills, we contribute to economic stability and a more competitive workforce.   

About the Program  Each program begins with an 8 week workforce training course: ​ 

Week 1 - What have you already done? Identifying your transferrable skills. 

Week 2: Resume Building 

Week 3: What would you do? Job Dos and Don'ts + Scenarios 

Week 4: Effective Communication - Interview skills and techniques 

Week 5: Mock Interviews 

Week 6: Headshots 

Week 7: Old Navy Tour  

Week 8: Graduation and Reflection/Testimonials
