As summer approaches, its more important now, than ever, to make sure kids are moving and have healthy food options available that they can make themselves, on a budget. Â
6:30pm-6:45pm - Welcome, hydration Station
6:45pm-7:00pm - Intro to Health vs. Wellness
7:00pm-7:45pm - Warm Up, Workout, Cool Down
7:45pm-8:30pm - Healthy Snack stations, positive vibes, clean up
