About the event

In Session I of Cooking with Coach, students will learn the importance of good knife skills, how it creates presentation, and leads to better looking and tasting food.  We will concentrate on a variety of salads that practice knife skills.  View the schedule below.

Week 1: Coach's Gourmet Broccoli Salad

Week 3: Chopped Garden Vegetable Salad

Week 4: Middle Eastern Tabouleh and Hummus
